There are more than a hundred methods that help adults surmount their psychological problems. But you can’t use them on children especially little ones. Professionals know that they have to be extremely careful when prescribing medication or using psycho-emotional methods while helping unsettled children. Fortunately, there’s an ancient method that was used by mothers intuitively that produces incredible results especially with children under the age of 12. People call it “Mothers’ Love Vitamin”.

Erich Fromm once wrote, “Mother’s love is peace. It need not be acquired, it need not be deserved.” The benefits of a strong attachment with a mother cannot be underestimated. To grow up secure in the knowledge that you are loved because you are you, that you are cared for because you are you, that you are valued because you are you, sets a firm foundation of self-belief and self-worth. Without that affinity, the effects can be devastating.

I have fairy-tale memories about my childhood in Siberia Far East. My father caught wild salmon by buckets and then smoked it himself. We went on family picnicks, berries and mushroom harvest to majestic dark forests. We had a barrel of sauerkraut, a barrel of pickles, a barrel of pickled mushrooms, which my father prepared in the fall.

He was a Russian Siberian, his ancestors were sent there from Poland by Tsar. Not only they learned how to survive in the harsh climate, where winter starts in October and lasts till the end of May. They were healthy and lived long, some of my ancestors died at 111 and 114 years old.

  1. Sri Lanka – weather. When we visited the west coast of the island in February and March, it was mostly pleasantly hot and sunny. For several days there were variable rains, that did not hinder our plans. Since on these days we arranged excursions, it turned out that while we were driving in the car, it was raining, and when we went out for a walk, it stopped.
